“My music journey started when I was in my early teens. I was a teenager, getting into trouble involved in fights until one day at my uncle’s house, I discovered his guitar. It was a gift he hadn’t shown much interest in until I started playing it. I was hooked and spent every single day there, learning and practicing. Seeing my passion, my uncle joined in, and soon my other uncle joined us as the drummer. We formed a punk rock band, found a singer, and even played a few serious concerts when I was 15 and 16 It was an incredible experience, but then high school happened—friends, girls, and all the usual distractions led us to eventually go our separate ways.
Years later, I was still into music but it wasn’t part of my life that much. While I was working in sales, a coworker named Ivan introduced me to techno music. I joked that it sounded like a bad washing machine, I can make it like in 10 mins, but when I tried making a track, I found it was much much harder than I thought. This challenge made me fall in love with techno’s complexity. Now in my thirties, I’m focused on a serious DJing and music production career, specializing in melodic techno and Afro house.”
